FEDA--Jim Post formed Front Engine Dragsters of
America in 1989 for the purpose of uniting owners and
lovers of Front Engine Dragsters. The organization's
intent is to become a communication platform and
support organization for Digger Lovers around the
world.
In 1998, FEDA put on the 1st Annual Slingshot
Nationals at Ozark International Raceway in Springfield,
Missouri. The successes of this event lead us to
Cordova Dragway Park for an even larger 2nd event in
2000. Now in its 9th consecutive incarnation, this years
FEDA Slingshot Nationals will be at US 41 International
Dragway in Morocco, Ind. on May 31st 2008. We look
forward to seeing all the past and new attendee’s at this
years event.
FEDA publishes a newsletter called THE SLINGSHOT.
Membership includes a one year subscription to the
newsletter, an official FEDA membership card, two
decals, a chance to be featured in the newsletter or
FEDA website and a continued presence in real
"Nostalgia" racing. FEDA is now over 400 members
strong and growing exponentially. Join FEDA now and
